IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As a Contract Manager, you will execute and implement contracts to maximize contract fulfillment and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance. Every day you will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to create value and help shape the future of our new company.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in purchasing or a commercial role.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

 •  Support the procurement department in implementing procurement initiatives and provide input to the Category Manager.
 •  Lead the SPE (Supplier Performance Evaluation) process for assigned suppliers.
 •  Responsible for the quality of the SPE report.
 •  Ensuring corrective measures and implementing improvement measures .
 •  Managing contract implementation and building relationships/partnerships with suppliers and tracking their performance.
 •  Implement supplier development activities identified in cross-functional meetings with suppliers to improve performance and further reduce costs.
 •  Manage stakeholder partnerships on a global scale at all levels of the organization.
 •  Look for ways to reduce costs.

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
 •  Successfully completed master's or bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of procurement and/or in a relevant technical discipline.
 •  Several years of professional experience in the area of procurement.
 •  Strong negotiation skills.
 •  Strong communication skills and (external) networking skills.
 •  Ability to work in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment.
 •  Fluency in both German and English Languages.
