IMPORTANT TASKS

The Head of Transaction Management (m/f/d) is entrusted with leading a broad team with different specialist areas and responsibilities.

Operationally ensuring the smooth presentation, administration and processing of all Airbus Bank transactions, i.e.
 •  Active business (real estate, aerospace, restructuring & settlement)
 •  Back Office Treasury including Depot A and
 •  Payment transactions

are among your most important tasks - ideally you already have a wealth of experience in at least one of these areas of activity.

In addition, it is important to further develop operational activities together with the team, for example through specialized tasks such as:

 •  Identification of potential for automating processes and their end-to-end implementation
 •  Ensuring future viability through continuous adaptation to changing market conditions and technologies
 •  Promoting and networking ideas and resources within the company

Ideas and potential - supported by your excellent communication skills - need to be coordinated with a variety of interfaces between different areas of the bank and external partners and anchored in the process landscape.

You also have the opportunity to accompany and manage projects. They are also the technical and organizational contact in collaboration with auditors and supervisory authorities and thus support the head of service and portfolio management as well as the management.

BEST PRECONDITIONS
 •  Completed training as a bank clerk, further qualification or subject-related studies is desirable - or comparable qualification
 •  Experience in loan processing as well as in international securities/derivatives business and payment transactions
 •  careful, independent and responsible way of working with a high focus on results
 •  Innovative spirit and the ability to recognize new technologies and trends and integrate them into the corporate strategy
 •  Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
 •  Experience leading a team or managing complex projects is an advantage
 •  User knowledge of agree21 IT is an advantage
 •  very good knowledge of spoken and written English
