In a dedicated team, you will be responsible for the local implementation of the product marketing strategy in Germany in coordination with the global product strategy for the energy and load management product area. The products in your portfolio are the ABB AbilityTM Energy Manager and the products and solutions from ASKI Energy.

Is energy management in buildings and industry your passion?
Perfect! In your new position, you will coordinate campaigns and activities for German sales in this product area, actively plan and organize customer events and collect important market knowledge to achieve our business goals and strengthen market share.

You will manage your sales region (NRW and the north of Germany) independently as a product marketing specialist remote (Home Office).

Your responsibilities
 •  Active support of German sales in the form of joint customer visits and participation in internal and external events
 •  Technical expert knowledge and responsibility for exhibits at regional and international trade fairs in Germany
 •  Increase sales efficiency with the help of appropriate product information, sales materials and training for the German sales team
 •  Implementation of the local go-to-market strategy and all marketing activities together in the German team
 •  Evaluate knowledge gained on customer needs and market conditions and pass it on to the global product team

Your background
 •  At least 1 year of professional experience in sales or a sales-related activity for technical products that require explanation, preferably in the area of energy and load management
 •  Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) or comparable degree in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology
 •  Business fluent spoken and written German and good knowledge of English
 •  Place of residence ideally in the sales region to be supported: North Hessen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Bremen, Hamburg or Schleswig-Holstein
 •  Willingness to travel within Germany
