Job description:
• Optimisation of existing power plant and commissioning of new plants
• Analysing the plants and checking for optimization potential
• Identify technical and economic potentials for process control improvements
• Basic and detail engineering in SPPA-T3000 function diagrams
• Planning of work packages, efforts and costs
• Technical cooperation in international teams, customer relationship and expectation management
• Control module testing
• Commissioning on site and Site Acceptance Test
Skills requested:
• Bachelor or Master in process engineering or mechanical engineering
• More than 5 years of project execution, including on-site commissioning
• Process engineering and closed-loop control knowledge, especially in power plant operation and control systems
• Knowledge in thermodynamics, combustion processes, gas turbines, water steam cycle of energy processes helpful
• Knowledge in primary/secondary frequency control for electrical grids
• Profound I&C/DCS automation software engineering skills, ideally in Siemens SPPA-T3000
