Are you a highly motivated first-year Master's or final-year Bachelor student passionate about making a significant impact in the world? Our dynamic startup, positioned at the forefront of AI and cancer diagnostics, is searching for an exceptional Student Assistant to support our Operations team.
This unique opportunity allows you to work alongside some of Germany's most successful entrepreneurs and AI innovators, dedicating your skills to a noble cause: solving cancer.

Your mission
 •  Create engaging and informative presentations to support project pitches, internal meetings, and strategic reviews, effectively communicating complex ideas and progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
 •  Prepare comprehensive analysis on market trends, competitor insights, and internal performance metrics to inform decision-making processes and strategic planning within the startup.
 •  Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing events, handling correspondence, and maintaining records, to ensure smooth operational flow and efficient team coordination.
 •  Assist in various operational tasks, from payroll processing to document management, contributing to the seamless execution of administrative and financial processes within the startup.
 •  Offer sales support by preparing and updating sales materials, managing customer databases, and assisting with the coordination of sales meetings and follow-ups, thereby contributing to the achievement of sales targets and enhancing customer engagement strategies.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

 •  Is currently in the first year of a Master or last year of a Bachelor program in Business or a related field, with excellent academic grades.
 •  Has a strong passion for our mission of solving cancer through innovation and technology.
 •  Possesses advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides, able to utilize these tools effectively for data analysis, report generation, and presentation creation.
 •  Exhibits an entrepreneurial mindset, with an eagerness to learn and tackle complex challenges head-on.
 •  Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 •  Is a structured thinker, able to manage complexity and identify critical paths in projects.
 •  Can commit to at least 15 hours per week in our Hamburg office.
