• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders will be a critical aspect of this position. • Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on achieving ambitious results.
• Experience (10 years +) in the logistics or transportation industry is required with a solid knowledge of the global air- and seafreight business.
• Strong financial and KPI mindset, with the ability to manage budgets and analyze financial and operational data.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both, German and English.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
• Knowledge of local (German) regulations and industry standards.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
