Intern Research & Innovation (m/f/d)

Supporting different R&D (research and development) functions in the company (Design, User eXperience and Nutrition) in:
• Leading a project to collect and analyze products nutritional & ingredient data for the DACH region. Calculating nutritional scores to monitor company targets.
• Monitoring product compliance to internal and external standards.
• Supporting organization of consumer research initiatives such as qualitative focus groups.
• Supporting creation of the product & pack brief by conducting social listening & competition analysis including nutrition, sensory, ingredients, storytelling & claims.
• Organize and lead tastings with sensory analysis reporting.
• Manage sample purchase, storage, shipping.
• Advanced studies in food / nutrition science & technology, ecotrophology or a comparable course of study.
• First practical experience is desirable.
• Solution oriented and proactive.
• Sensitive to detail and thorough.
• Affinity for teamwork, open-mindedness and enjoyment of independent work.
• Ability to manage complexity and prioritization.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and used to work with databases. Online Whiteboard tools (Klaxoon) is a plus.
• Fluent language skills in German and English.
