We are currently seeking a IT Support Specialist with a strong background in SIP/VOIP technology to join our customer`s team.
As a Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
• Processing demanding partner/dealer enquiries about our entire product range (hardware and software) by e-mail or telephone
• Supporting administrators (f/m/d) and sales partners (m/f/d) in analysing problems and finding solutions for product, network and application issues in the ISDN and VoIP environment
• Recording, analysing and documenting software errors
• Reproduction of reported errors
• Close co-operation with the internal development department and the support teams
• Preparing and passing on knowledge to colleagues (m/f/d) in the support teams
Requirements
• Professional experience in a similar position in the telecommunications field relevant to the role.
• A service-oriented mindset and an ability to communicate confidently and pleasantly with customers.
• Excellent knowledge in the following areas: SIP/VoIP, web servers and networks (TCP/IP), Linux.
• Proficiency in Java and PostgreSQL.
• Extensive experience with VoIP telephone systems.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in German (C1) with good written and spoken communication skills.
• Thorough and independent work approach.
