Responsibilities
 •  Responsibilities:
  1.  Media Buying Strategy:
 •  Develop and implement effective media buying strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.
 •  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities.
 •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
 •  Campaign Management:
 •  Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels (social media, display, search, etc.).
 •  Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
 •  A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign effectiveness.
 •  Budget Management:
 •  Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to achieve maximum results.
 •  Provide regular reporting and analysis of budget utilization, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
 •  Vendor and Partner Management:
 •  Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners to secure favorable terms and opportunities.
 •  Negotiate and manage contracts with media partners to ensure optimal pricing and placement.
 •  Localization and Language Proficiency:
 •  Utilize your proficiency in German to create localized and culturally relevant campaigns for the target audience.
 •  Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure messaging resonates with the German-speaking market.

Requirements
 •  Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketing Manager, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
 •  In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic platforms.
 •  Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data to make informed decisions.
 •  Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
 •  Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.
 •  Competitive salary range of €50,000 - €70,000 per year.
