Our client is an international automotive company whose branches are mainly located at major European airports.
Your tasks as a Store Manager
• You will be the person in charge of the office and participate in the coordination of the different departments to ensure the fulfillment of the commercial, operational and strategic objectives of the office and to guarantee the excellence of the customer service.
• Office Development: we will ask you to promote improvements to the base and equipment. As well as promoting the use of new opportunities with collaborating companies seeking to develop the business. And optimize and control store resources.
• Goal achievement: we ask you to work on meeting the goals both on sales , quality and financial level. You will review and ensure proper implementation of sales and quality processes according to company standards.
• Fleet Management: you will manage and analyze availability, balance and control reservations and returns. They ensure compliance with the fleet schedule.
• Team Management: you manage their schedules and absences, vacations and uniformity. You identify and resolve the needs of the team. In addition, you participate in the selection of new employees and collaborate in the development of the team by retaining talent.
Your profile as a Store Manager
• You feel at home in sales, distribution and customer service.
• At the same time you are very communicative and speak German and English very well.
• You have experience in team management of 10-15 people.
• From Monday to Friday you are flexible in terms of time and are willing to go the extra mile.
• Sound knowledge of the car rental industry or automotive sales is essential.
