Your role:
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding strategies across various channels, including social media and company website
- Support the creation, planning and execution of internal communication material to promote company culture, values, and employee engagement
- Analyse the current internal communication channel mix in order to optimize the way of communicating internally
- Create internal communications material especially for Sustainability
- Develop content including writing internal news in various formats, creating videos and social media posts, especially related to employer branding
- Help organize and coordinate internal or employer branding events
- Conduct research and analysis on trends in internal comms or employer branding
- Provide support to the communication manager in every task, for example organizing meetings or creating presentations
- Administrative tasks such as translations or proofreading
- Research and coordination tasks

This is what you bring:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You are enthusiastic about communication topics
- Ideally, you have gained initial work experience through previous internships or student jobs (not mandatory)
- Willingness to quickly get to grips with new topics and implement them professionally and in a way that is appropriate for the target group
