As part of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team, the Third Party Regulatory Manager focuses on screening any new third party engagement or contract with regard to applicable regulations for a capital management company operating in Europe and Asia.
This position will be based in Frankfurt.
What you will do- Conduct regulatory screenings of contracts / engagements for European and Asian regulations
- Define and evolve the AllianzGI “regulatory decision tree” for Europe and APAC together with Legal & Compliance SMEs
- Act as a SPOC within the TPRM team for Legal and Compliance SME functions
- Coordinate Business Owner requests for regulatory screening activities and document screening results
- Own the oversight and reporting of contracts
- Create, maintain and report the contract inventory of all internal delegations / outsourcings (within Allianz Global Investors / Allianz Group)
- Ensure Third Party contracts are stored centrally and changes are maintained
- Monitor reporting to supervisory authorities
- Act as the contact person for potential supervisory authority requests
- Educate and create awareness on Business Owner duties according to the applicable regulatory screening result
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a contract manager, legal expert or a similar role
- Experience in European regulations for Capital management companies
- Experience in Asian regulations for Capital management companies is a plus
- Experience in any of the following regulations is a plus:
- Europe: KaMaRisk, KAIT Chapter 8, ESMA Cloud Outsourcing Guideline, DORA; FinMA / FCA
- APAC: SFC (HongKong) EDSP, MAS (Singapur), SITCA (Taiwan), OJK (Indonesia), CAC (China)
