For our client, the world's largest e-commerce company, we are filling the following position with immediate effect on a temporary basis:

Vendor Manager (m/f/d)

• Develop and drive critical service solutions based on customer and market requirements to meet industry standards
• Work with country-specific teams to create development plans for new product or service launches and implement project plans including new features
• Act as the "Product Owner" for assigned countries, including forecasting, monitoring, and implementing changes to achieve business objectives
• Develop strong partnerships with third-party companies (including SaaS and Managed Service organizations) and select and onboard vendors according to business requirements
• Be the main point of contact in case of escalations, addressing arising issues with appropriate solutions, and provide regular metric updates and progress reports

• Native proficiency in English
• Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Relevant experience in business development, vendor management, and customer success management, with a proven ability to deliver results
• Relevant experience in project management and stakeholder management
• Experience working with large datasets and complex reports, as well as developing value-add partnerships and managing third-party companies
