Tasks- The internal customer group at the three VitrA Europe locations (Germany, France, and UK) that it will oversee will be served by successfully managing selection and placement, performance management, talent and career management, budget planning, training, and other fundamental human resources operations,
- Working with department heads and managers to understand the business needs
- Implementing people strategies and solutions that support business specific objectives
- Developing projects to increase employee loyalty and strengthen the employer brand in the locations she/he is responsible for,
- Leading the implementation of new and current human resources practices and systems across all of Europe,
- Ensuring that the group's policies and practices are spread throughout Europe,
- Providing legal guidelines and examples from the European region's employee experience to help the development of new procedures and policies in keeping with the Group's human resources strategy.
- Contributing to company performance by providing strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies
- Plans, organizes, and executes all human resources activities in talent acquisition; employee relations consultation; policy interpretation and application
- University or master’s degree in relevant fields (Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology and etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent, career management)
- Business minded HR professional with a passion to be in the center of all HR related matters of his/her account
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and result oriented.
