These tasks inspire you Administrative support of the team Uploading of marketing content into our content management and approval workflow systems Support in the planning, organization and follow-up of congresses, workshops and training sessions with opinion leaders and employees Support with the preparation of internal presentations & reporting: market analysis, creation of slides, etc.
Collaboration in the conception of marketing materials Support in the preparation of contracts and contract management What sets you apart Availability for a minimum of one year and a weekly working time of 20 hours during the lecture period and up to 38.5 hours during the lecture-free period You are a registered student (m/f/d), ideally in business studies, economics or natural science Organized, reliable and diligent, with strong attention to detail and a can-do mind-set You are a team player with good communication skills Very good written and spoken English and German skills Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to develop skills and experience with new software and platforms Send us your application online, stating your earliest possible starting date and your salary requirements.
