- Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering/process engineering
- Product experience
- Experience with mechanical strength calculations or FE Analysis/Solid mechanics
- Hands-on experience in working with NX, Teamcenter, Jira and SAP preferable
- Experience with International Rules & Regulations, Industry Standards and and EN/DIN material specifications desired
- Practical experience in compressor assembly shop desirable
- Good verbal, written and virtual communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines proactive and solution oriented
- Excellent communication skills and team player to support and serve the global team
- Working time model: 35 hours/week
