What We Are Looking for:

• C1/C2-level German proficiency.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

• Proven experience in sales or marketing (good to have).

• EU citizenship or a valid Spanish residence card.(mandatory)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch effectively on calls and craft compelling proposals.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Analytical skills to assess and improve campaign performance.

• Full-Time Role: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
• Hybrid Work: Flexibility to work remotely and on-site in Barcelona.
• Attractive Compensation:
• Base salary: 23,876 - 30,000 gross/year (based on experience).
• Performance bonus: Up to 3,408 gross/year.
• Relocation Support:
• Paid flight ticket and one month of accommodation.

• Training: 2-4 weeks of comprehensive onboarding focused on product knowledge and sales strategies.
