- experience
- Degree in engineering, maintenance management, or related field, alternately an apprenticeship/trade school experience in the field of maintenance management
- Several years of experience in maintenance planning or a related role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Maintenance Management Systems and maintenance best practices
- Understanding of maintenance processes and systems in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques
- Fluent english language skills
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and work orders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various departments
- Ability to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure task completion
