Your Responsibilities

Ready for an exciting journey through the world of document and data management? We are looking for a Document and Data Controller (m/f/d) who, with precision and organizational skills, contributes to the success of groundbreaking energy sector projects while making the world a little greener.

Your mission includes:

• Analysis and interpretation of provided datasets and identification and procurement of missing or inconsistent data
• Verification of data for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, ensuring the organization has taken sufficient measures regarding data reliability
• Management of data relationships in thinkProject! and other systems
• Administration and monitoring of the data submission cycle process
• Review of metadata provided by contractors
• Monitoring and reporting on the relationships between data and assets
• Independent execution of complex modifications in systems
• Monitoring of established quality standards and identification of deviations from the set quality standard
• Creation of workflows and user manuals
• Active participation in data quality projects, smaller working groups, and improvement initiatives
• Identification of bottlenecks, proposing improvements for the assigned area, and taking responsibility for their implementation
• Supporting document controllers (m/f/d) in managing the scope of document management

• Successfully completed university degree (FHH), preferably in a technical or economic field, or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience as a document controller or data controller required
• Proven knowledge and experience in data controlling or related positions
• Several years of experience with the document management system thinkProject! in large-scale projects and project-related workflows
• Quick comprehension supported by a solution-oriented hands-on mentality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a good understanding of IT-related topics and complex project matters
• Fluent English skills (minimum C1 level) and good German skills (minimum B2 level)
