Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Strategic Sourcing Initiatives: Take ownership of sourcing strategies for the Marketing & Sales procurement category, focusing on key areas such as marketing agencies.
• Drive AI and Technology Projects: Spearhead global initiatives that leverage AI and technology to enhance category performance. You will explore and implement technological solutions that streamline procurement processes and improve supplier engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on sourcing strategies and objectives.

Who You Are:

• A motivated self-starter with a strong desire to lead initiatives and drive results.
• An effective communicator with the ability to align interests across diverse organizational levels.
• An experienced procurement or marketing professional with expertise in indirect or Marketing spend areas.
• Proficient in project management and familiar with AI & advanced data analytics technologies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP and Uptimize.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in German is a plus.
