For our prestigious client Airbus Defence and Space at the location Manching you act as System engineer AIS/PLS and Computer Integration (m/f/d).Within the Mission Systems organization, a new tema member is wantedr team one member with experience in AIS, PLS and General onboard Computers Integration for the Eurodrone Program. The capabilities and the added value to the customers are based on Sensor Management, Image Processing, Data Analysis/Processing/Dissemination and Communications management.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible Development for Automatic Identification System
- Development of Personal Locator System
- Managing development of an AIS and PLS System, Sub-system and equipment including Systems Architecture provided by an external Supplier
- General Purpose embedded computer development responsible
- Specifying factors of Safety, Quality, Systems Performance, Cost, environmental, operational and industrial requirements
- Monitor, review and validate Supplier deliverables
Your profile:
- Completed studies in physics, electrical engineering, informatics, aerospace, systems engineering or comparable
- Longterm professional experience in systems and equipment engineering
- Knowledge in Model Based Systems Engineering
- Expertise of at least 5 years in AIS and PLS Systems
- Experience implementing regulations and standards like DO178/278, 254, ARP4754 and others related to the specific Sensor equipment
- Experience in digital ICD and electrical installation design tools would be a plus
- High proficiency in English both written and spoken
- Good German skills are desirable
