Who will you be joining?
Growth Initiatives supports M&A and Digital Investments to acquire and invest in companies to generate growth and in strategically relevant best digital frontrunners (Allianz X). We provide expertise with IT/Operations assessments to identify risks, synergies, new capabilities, cost implications, and the potential target picture.
How can you make an impact?
Supporting team members in their tasks and projects with:
- Assistance in further development, updating and maintenance of all areas related to the function GIQA (Growth Initiatives and Quality Assurance)
- Preparation of presentations for different stakeholders
- Building up an active team space within the Allianz social Intranet, including sharing relevant target-group oriented information
- Creation of methodologies in IT & Operations due diligence
- Research activities
- Working on project assignments
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications- Currently enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Computer Science with IT Management, or comparable studies
- High integrity and confidentiality
- First experiences in insurance with focus on IT, operations, and project management are a plus
- Familiarity with the usage of AI technologies is desired (e.g. ChatGPT)

- Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Structured, dedicated and ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills and a strong can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent in written and spoken English; German language skills would be very beneficial
