Private Debt Investment Analyst - Tikehau Capital

MISSIONS:

You will be fully integrated into the activities of the Private Debt team in Frankfurt, Germany, and will actively participate in the following missions:

• Support Tikehau Capital's local team to execute DACH Private Debt transactions in all aspects of the investment process from origination to execution and portfolio management
• Reviewing and analyzing potential target companies, their products, markets and risks
• Developing cash flow based models and sensitivity cases
• Developing of investment memoranda and materials for Tikehau's investment committee
• Monitoring of fund and portfolio company performance and preparation of investor reports
• Preparation of marketing, pitch and client presentations and documents
• Market research focused on current LBO market trends
• Co-operation and support of other teams like Private Equity, Real Assets, Capital Market Strategies, where required

PROFILE:

• Degree in Business Administration / Economics, preferably with a focus on finance, accounting and / or banking,
• High analytical ability as well as structured and accurate way of working,
• Relevant work experience, for example from internships in investment banking, private equity / debt, consulting, or Big 4,
• Experience with MS Office and fluency in English and German,
• Demonstrated high level of commitment, versatility, curiosity, determination, and the ability to work in a team environment.
