HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to key business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals
• Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making
• Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and standards
• Develop and maintain strong communication with employees and management
• Proactively address HR-related challenges and provide solutions
• Support change management initiatives to facilitate organizational growth and development
• Willingness and openness to take responsibility for projects or sub-projects, as well as to play an active role in supporting project initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3 to 4 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change
• Fluent German and English skills. Additional language skills such as Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Polish, Finnish or Danish, even at an intermediate level, would be an advantage
