Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth? We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Representative to join our international team in Barcelona. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage with clients, and help them achieve their goals through tailored digital solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry developments.
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent German (C1 level or higher) with strong English communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
  • Experience in outbound or cold sales is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
  • Valid authorization to work in Spain.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary between €24,310 and €30,000, depending on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 annually.

  • Full-time permanent contract (39 hours per week, Monday–Friday).
