Problem solving
Communication
Extensive experience as a Roller, Fitter or Shift Supervisor in a Rolling Mill
Understanding of production processes and Rolling Mill Equipment
Experience in mentoring and leading teams
Basic level of English is acceptable; more advanced skills are a plus
Openness to new experiences and willingness to temporarily relocate
