Network Engineer

We are looking for a Network Engineer for Munich, BY, Germany based assignment. You will be working with Industry leaders providing expert services.

• Extensive experience of more than 5 years in deploying large-scale ICT networks, particularly in the field of switching and routing, utilizing Arista equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of various cyber security and network technologies.
• Familiarity and expertise in working with geographically dispersed and resource-limited networks, including an understanding of the associated threat landscape and the necessary risk mitigation strategies.
• Proven track record in developing solutions for private cloud environments or tenancy scenarios.
• Proficiency in constructing and implementing virtualized network environments, with a focus on segmentation at both the platform and virtualization layers.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and testing Quality of Service (QoS) DSCP markings to ensure traffic adherence to predefined security standards, specifically within secure federated environments.
• Basic understanding of Hypervisor/Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Active Directory, and PKI certificate services.
• Ability to effectively translate requirements, standards, and frameworks into practical application when designing future solution architectures and systems.
• Capable of quickly adapting to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines, and accommodating shifting priorities.
• Expertise in developing highly available and fault-tolerant systems, networks, and infrastructure, regardless of whether they are connected, partially connected, degraded, or frequently disconnected.
