Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und des Verständnisses der erforderlichen Qualitätsstandards innerhalb der gesamten Organisation
- Gesamtverantwortung für das integrierte Managementsystem
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Quality-Teams
- Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des integrierten Managementsystems (IMS): IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA und ISO 14001
- Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung interner und externer Audits
- Initiierung und Leitung von Qualitätsverbesserungsprojekten (z. B. Lean, Six Sigma)
- Analyse und Bewertung von Qualitätskennzahlen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Ansprechpartnerin für Kundinnen und Lieferant*innen in allen qualitätsrelevanten Themen
- Steuerung und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Einleitung von Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen (z. B. OEM / Tier1-Vorgaben, PPAP, APQP) sowie gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Normen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Produktion, Konstruktion, Einkauf und Management
- Erstellung und Kommunikation regelmäßiger Qualitätsberichte an die Geschäftsführung
- Pflege und Optimierung des integrierten Qualitätsmanagementsystems
- Steuerung zentraler QM-Prozesse, insbesondere des Beschwerdemanagements (intern und extern), des Änderungsmanagements, des Dokumentenmanagements und der Requalifizierung
- Koordination und Erstellung des jährlichen Managementberichts
- Organisation und Durchführung von Kunden- und Zertifizierungsaudits sowie internen Audits
- Leitung der Labore und der Wareneingangs- und -ausgangskontrolle
- Überwachung der Qualitätsleistung des Standorts und Initiierung von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
