Back-Office-Assistentin

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong interest in the accounting industry.

• Assist with data entry and record maintenance in the accounting system
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Reconcile financial statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and update employee records and files
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including distributing correspondence and packages
• Support the accounting team by organizing and preparing documents for audits and tax filings
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and order replacements as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in an administrative or accounting role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
