Tasks- Carrying out NDT tests (level 1 & 2) on composite components
- Operation of ultrasonic systems and US robots for quality inspection
- Creation and management of inspection records in accordance with NDT standards
- Implementation of quality assurance and process optimization measures
- Recording of performance and order data and feedback in SAP
- Analyzing and resolving internal and external quality problems
- Creation and processing of quality reports and construction deviations
- Support with problem solving (PPS) and process optimization
- State-certified technician or specialist as an aircraft mechanic, process mechanic for plastics and rubber or comparable technical training
- Further training in non-destructive testing technology (NDT) at level 1 & 2 in accordance with EN4179
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, plastics and rubber technology and quality assurance
- Knowledge of the production of composite components
- In-depth user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German and advanced English skills
- A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
