Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Partner Relationship Manager to join our global partnerships team! As Partner Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with osapiens business partners for the DACH region.

You plan and execute joint go to market strategies together with your partner accounts to meet the revenue and market-share targets and elevate our market presence. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and will work together with the sales and delivery community to support your partner accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop trustworthy relationships with assigned partner accounts, listening for need and enabling the partner relationship to realize its full potential.
  • Become a trusted advisor, with knowledge about the Saa S industry, osapiens and osapiens HUB.
  • Design and execute joint go to market plans with the account that meet the market and growth targets.
  • Support partner accounts with enablement, product updates, access to partner community resources, and support in the development of campaigns.
  • Facilitate and manage the communication and collaboration between the partner accounts and the internal stakeholders. Be the primary point of contact for strategic support and escalation.
  • Monitor performance on established KPI’s, reporting both to the partner accounts and to the internal stakeholders.
  • Handle contractual inquiries and proactively manage partner program changes, contract renewals to protect osapiens IP, prevent risk of non-compliance.
  • Use of Partner Relationship Management tools to manage communication, and partner pipeline efficiently.
Your Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, master is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partner management, sales, customer success roles in the Saa S or high-tech industry. Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Saa S industry and the DACH markets for software/Saa S technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Ability to multiple partner relationships, handle contractual matters and work with several business models.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively work with multiple teams and partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, be able to work independently.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Full proficiency in German and English. Other languages are a plus.
