We are looking for someone in the greater Berlin area for our international customer as part of the recruitment/direct placement processHead of kitchen (gn).

This is part of your tasks:
- Leading and managing the entire kitchen team
- Planning and managing inventory, orders, work schedules and HACCP prevention measures
- Maintaining a clean, orderly and safe kitchen and work area
- Recruitment and practical induction as well as training of new members of the kitchen team
- Managing customer reviews and refunds across sales channels
- Effectively manage daily and weekly operations using quantitative analysis and data
This is what you bring to your work as kitchen manager:
- Completed IHK vocational training as a chef
- Several years of leadership experience in managing a challenging and fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of task-related workflows, rules and guidelines
- Punctuality, reliability and team spirit
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English is a prerequisite
- Sufficient basic knowledge of German
