The Position:

We are looking for a Fractional B2B SaaS CMO/CGO to join our core leadership team as a long-term Freelance Consultant. In this pivotal role, you will drive Inhubber’s growth strategy and help scale the company to new heights.

Our ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS, a hands-on approach, and proven experience building and leading remote teams of expert freelancers. You will excel at crafting and executing strategies for rapid B2B SaaS growth while effectively managing limited resources.

Your role:

  • Develop and lead a growth vision and strategy aligned with Inhubber’s mission and long-term objectives.
  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities across markets, channels, and customer segments, and execute initiatives to capitalize on them.
  • Recruit, manage, and inspire freelancers and agencies to build a high-performing team that delivers on our growth goals.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies, measure performance, and continuously optimize marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders to shape and execute global strategies, ensuring alignment across all functions.

Your profile:

  • Extensive experience in scaling B2B SaaS companies, ideally as a CGO, CRO, SMO or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in strategic marketing and sales with a creative, innovative approach.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across teams. .
