• Proven experience in 2nd Level IT Support and experience with ticketing systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Strong knowledge of common software applications and relevant IT tools
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent work experience
