As our first dedicated Customer Success Manager in Munich, Germany, you will have significant autonomy to shape operational processes and influence our core product roadmap. You will manage a high-value portfolio of 15 to 30 enterprise clients, acting as their primary strategic partner and main point of contact.

Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a premier growth strategist and foundation builder, managing enterprise client lifecycles and directly impacting our early-stage product evolution.
  • End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership: Fully own the post-sales client journey. Guide enterprise customers through complex onboarding and system implementations, ensuring rapid time-to-value ($TTV$) and maximum long-term retention.
  • Drive Platform Adoption: Champion product adoption through structured training programs, custom-tailored best practices, and proactive account management to foster long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Deliver Measurable Value: Help legacy industrial clients unlock distinct procurement savings and operational efficiency gains, supporting them during key negotiations and business reviews ($QBRs$).
  • Cross-Functional Product Collaboration: Develop an expert-level understanding of our proprietary software. Work hand-in-hand with product, sales, and engineering divisions to ensure user feedback directly outlines the engineering roadmap.
  • Build the CS Architecture: Take ownership beyond day-to-day account management. Architect fresh Customer Success workflows, launch your own operational projects, and leave a permanent mark on our infrastructure.

Candidate Profile

We want an analytical, business-minded professional who thrives within a high-intensity startup setting and can confidently navigate traditional trade, construction, or supply chain environments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Dedicated CS Expertise: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Customer Success, Technical Implementation, or Account Management specifically within the B2B SaaS or management consulting sectors.
  • Note: Backgrounds exclusively limited to transactional B2B prospecting, SDR/BDR, or pure sales/AE functions will not be considered.
  • Vertical Domain Exposure: Direct exposure to or a strong structural comprehension of the construction, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, or heavy trade industries is highly preferred.
  • Track Record of Stability: A demonstrated professional history of cultivating multi-year client relationships alongside stable career tenures.
  • Executive Communication: Elite presentation and interpersonal capabilities, allowing you to engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders and build trusted enterprise partnerships.
  • Analytical Problem Solver: A sharp capacity to synthesize, evaluate, and translate complex technical or supply chain data into actionable corporate business summaries.
  • High-Growth Startup Mentality: Absolute willingness to operate 5 days a week from our Munich office with a higher velocity and intensity than a standard 9-to-5 corporate job. Occasional domestic travel to client locations is required.
