We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Solution Architect Network (m/f/d).In this role, you will play a key role in leading and supporting enterprise architecture activities focused on the development and management of a diverse portfolio of infrastructure solutions, with a primary emphasis on Network services.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities- Lead and contribute to solution architecture initiatives, ensuring that Network services align with overarching business goals and objectives.
- Create and design Network solutions, including LAN, WAN, Wi Fi, firewalls, VPNs, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), SD-WAN, cloud networking (e.g. based on Microsoft Azure), and load balancing.
- Continuously analyze and design the target Network architecture landscape, considering business goals, strategies, and processes, as well as the business applications and technology landscape.
- Develop a detailed roadmap for the evolution of the Network enterprise solution portfolio, aligning with solution architecture guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into strategic Network solutions that support business capabilities and value streams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven Experience as a Solution Architect or Network Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing complex, enterprise-grade network solutions & lifecycle management
- Good Knowledge of Network technologies, protocols, and architectures, including LAN, WAN, Wi Fi, firewalls,(e.g., Routing, Switching, Access Points, Extreme Cloud A3).
Microsoft Azure certification or formal training and proven cloud network experience is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
- Proficiency in English and German language skills preferred
