Your tasks

As a customer care representative in our friendly customer care team, you will make sure that our customers are always helped as best as possible and treated in the nicest way. If solving problems and interacting with people are among your strongest skills, you might have stumbled upon the perfect job for you! Your responsibilities will also include:

• taking care of our customers’ requests via our ticket system and telephone
• processing returns and complaints and issuing returns when necessary
• being in contact with our warehouse and clarifying all our customers’ concerns
• being responsible for the maintenance of customer master data.

• Ideally, you can join us starting in September / October 2024
• You have already gained professional experience as a customer service representative in a start-up? Perfect! Career changers are also welcome!
• You live in Berlin or the surrounding area, or you are willing to move to Berlin for your new job.
• You speak very good German (C1) and good English (B2) - Further language skills, such as French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish or Danish, are an advantage
• Communication skills, empathy, patience and the ability to work under pressure are the foundations of your professional personality.
• You have a reliable and careful working style.
• Friendliness and politeness are non-negotiable for you.
