We are currently recruiting a Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) for an international technology company operating in the automotive electronics sector. The company is a global player working closely with leading automotive manufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers.

The position is based in Eschborn (Frankfurt area) and is ideal for candidates with experience in the automotive industry who enjoy working in an international environment.

• Support the sales team in day-to-day operational activities
• Coordinate and track customer requests and ongoing projects
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and presentations
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering
• Maintain and update CRM data and sales documentation
• Support quotation processes and customer projects in the automotive sector
• Analyze sales data and help derive business insights

• Degree in Business Administration, Automotive, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Initial to several years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or project coordination within the automotive industry
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
• German is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong Excel skills and confident handling of MS Office
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
• Structured and analytical working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in international teams
