The gross annual salary is approximately €45,000. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid work permit in the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks- Responsibility for the on-time delivery of materials according to end-user requirements
- Processing of complaints, non-conformities and unusable material including initiation of necessary measures
- Main contact person for the Bundeswehr and logistical users at NH90 sites and main warehouses
- Transfer and management of customer requirements from SASPF to the AHD system (SAP)
- Planning and prioritisation of material requirements according to urgency and monitoring the material flow through to delivery
- Management of deliveries between the Central Stock NH90 and the Bundeswehr sites, including deadline monitoring
- Monitoring material shelf life and initiating measures to ensure operational capability
- Compliance with processes, quality and safety standards and relevant regulations
- Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. logistics specialist, technician, business administrator)
- Additional qualification as a technician required
- Several years of professional experience in scheduling, material procurement, logistics, production planning and control, supply chain management, technical documentation and as a technical clerk
- Experience with military aircraft is an advantage
- Detailed user knowledge of SAP and ideally experience with SASPF
- German at native speaker level and business fluent in English
- Valid work permit for the EU
