What You’ll Do:
As an Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our online shop and supporting various administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and verifying orders in our online-shop system (with international customers).
- Sending orders for fulfillment and monitoring order/shipment statuses.
- Handling customer service emails: resolving order, payment, and shipment issues, and escalating technical problems.
- Preparing accounting documentation for our finance team.
- Providing direct assistance to the CEO with ad hoc tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Training in office administration or sales (e.g. Bürokaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement) or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English (German is a plus but not required).
- Precision and reliability in completing tasks.
- The ability to manage daily responsibilities independently.
