Your main tasks:
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of the mechanical workshop at the Eschweiler site
- Introduction and implementation of modern maintenance strategies, taking into account company goals and structure
- Further development of the mechanical workshop in terms of TPM
- Ensuring timely execution of required inspections
- Strategic advancement of the mechanical workshop in areas like Lean and Six Sigma
- Responsibility for safety and health protection
- Participation in project work in collaboration with specialized departments and external companies
- Conducting and instigating risk assessments
- Creation of statistics and presentations
- Organization, supervision, and monitoring of external companies
- Adherence to safety, GMP, material, scheduling, and cost objectives
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training in industrial mechanics with advanced training as a technician or master craftsman, or a comparable qualification
- Long-term experience in a manufacturing company in maintenance
- Experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of employees
- Proficiency with MS Office and good knowledge of Auto CAD, PLC programs, and SAP
- Good knowledge of GMP and ISO, as well as experience in project participation
- Good English skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a hands-on mentality and customer orientation
- High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and reliability
