Digital & IT Trainee (f/m/d) - Graduate Program SAP ERP Inhouse Consulting with focus on Order-2-Cash
Your Role During the 18 months, you will rotate between 4 different ZEISS departments across the company's different business units and possibly also abroad. Which departments these are depends on you – your chosen focus and your future role.
During the program, you will also take part in several training sessions, workshops and project work that enhances your professional and personal development. All this aims at enabling you to hit the ground running after completing the program – and make you familiar with the basics to kickstart your career @ ZEISS .
Possible tasks within the program: Be part of the transformation from a global SAP R/3 to an SAP S/4 system in a greenfield approach Support migration projects from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 for legal entities Further development of the global template approach Participate in the SAP support processes Your profile Completed field of study in Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering Practical experience gained, for example, as a intern or working student (maximum of 1,5 years) First experience i n SAP ERP (R/3 and/or S/4) in the “Sales & Distribution” module Interest and affinity in mapping complex business processes in an SAP ERP system in conjunction with the latest programming methods Interest in challenging project tasks and associated challenges Flexibility to work at different ZEISS locations in Germany during the program Fluent in English & German, both written an d spoken , further languages beneficial Planned Timeline Application Period: October 15th – November 15th, 2024 Screening & Online Assessment: November 01st – November 30th, 2024 Video Interviews: December 01st – January 15th, 2025 Onsite Interview Day: January 15th – February 15th, 2025 Start Program: April 1st, 2025 Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Andre Grunzel, Christian-Eric Hohaus, David Hartmann, Falk Dymke
