Technical Advisor and Partner:
You guide our customers from the initial idea to the final implementation of our solutions – always with a focus on technical feasibility.
Lead in Customer Projects:
You lead discussions on technical requirements and support Sales in defining project goals and scope.
API-first Mindset:
You drive the integration of our products through an API-centered approach.
Customer Insights & Innovation:
You gather valuable feedback and project insights, which you implement in collaboration with the Product team to ensure gridX technology stays ahead of the competition.
Technical Sparring Partner:
You serve as an expert for both internal and external stakeholders when it comes to evaluating technologies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
You work closely with teams across Product, Solution, Development, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver the best solutions.
This is how you and your application stand out
Technical Background: You have a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field – and have at least 2 years of experience.
Structured and Efficient: You work in a well-organized way and have a solution-oriented mindset, combined with a high level of energy.Tech Enthusiast & Hands-on-Mentality: You have a strong technical understanding and love to apply it in a practical way.
Strong Communicator & Team Player: Clear communication, assertiveness and teamwork are second nature to you.
Tool Savvy: Software tools like Jira and Big Picture are familiar to you.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the IoT or energy sector is a plus.
Language Skills: You are fluent in German and English.
