Your role
This role is pivotal in driving and enabling high-impact initiatives that transform our organization into a fully established, profitable business entity. The Senior Project Manager StrategyRealization will guide the organization through complex changes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operationalizing strategies into actionable priorities. This position
demands a high level of ownership and strong stakeholder management to foster collaboration across organizational boundaries and create customer-centric value.
Main responsiblities & key deliverables- Leadership & Oversight: Lead and oversee multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and priorities
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout project
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure that project prioritization aligns with strategic objectives and the overall business strategy & transformation efforts
- Project Management Excellence: Own and manage cross-functional projects from conception through execution, employing best practices in project management to drive successful
- Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and root causes, facilitating discussions for resolution and escalation when necessary
- Impact Measurement: Follow up on the long-term success and impact of major initiatives, ensuring lessons learned are integrated into future projects
- Excellent university degree in Business and Science, MBA preferred
- 6+ years experience in management/ strategy consulting or equivalent, with a track record of leading complex initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across various departments
- Proven project management skills & strong sense of ownership
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and strategic decision-making
- Experience in change management and organizational development, with the ability to foster a culture of agility and innovation
