Your prospective job:
For our renowned client in the aerospace industry at the location Hamburg you act as Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Line management duties for your electrical engineering platform team
- Ensure standards and performances are achieved by the team
- Supervise and coordinate design activities
- Manage and deliver electrical systems programmes
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies, ie EASA, FAA to certify the electrical systems
- Responsible for checking and approving systems drawings and documents ensuring compliance to OEM’s and regulatory requirements
- Participate in Design Reviews
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable
- Professional experience in aerospace engineering, project management and teamleading
- Knowledge in Aerospace cabin Interior Systems
- Excellent knowledge of computerized design and analysis methods (CATIA V5m 3D CAD, AutoCAD)
- Ability to read design drawings and specifications
- Experience with electrical routing design and installations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work to tight, demanding deadlines and customer demands
