Senior Engineer (m/f/d) Interface Management - Project Coordination

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Engineer (m/f/d) for Interface Management and Project Coordination to support our client in Stuttgart. In this responsible position, you will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of performance with regard to costs, deadlines, and quality during the planning and execution phases.

Deployment information:

Weekly Hours: 39 hours

Working Hours: 07:30 to 16:30

Additional Compensation: Collective agreement allowances and possible hardship allowances

Job description:

• Coordination and Analysis: You will coordinate the performance delivery and analyse the status of execution. In the event of deviations or risks to objectives, you will develop appropriate countermeasures and action scenarios.
• Interface Coordination: You will be responsible for interface coordination in the areas of planning, execution, and technical project completion.
• Process Support: You will accompany and coordinate the processes until the commissioning of our major project.
• Contract Review: You will be responsible for the review and assessment of contract and change order claims.
• Reporting: You will ensure the implementation of a routine information and reporting system to monitor performance and schedule development, actively addressing critical areas for action.
• Team Exchange: You will maintain constant communication with your team and the companies involved in the project, contributing your expertise to establish effective knowledge management within the team.

Requirements profile:

• Education: You possess a successfully completed degree in Engineering (Civil, Transportation, or Industrial Engineering), Infrastructure Management, or Project Management. Alternatively, you have an equivalent qualification with extensive knowledge and skills acquired through several years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Knowledge: You have experience in project management, ideally complemented by a relevant certification.
• Experience: Your experience in infrastructure construction, interface management, and knowledge of contract law (HOAI, VOB) support you in your daily work.
• Negotiation Skills: You have substantial negotiation experience and communicate confidently with various stakeholders.
• Competencies: In addition to your strong teamwork abilities, you demonstrate a high level of independence and excel through a goal-oriented work approach.
