Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Software Project Manager (m/f/d) to take responsibility for leading and driving own projects. In this role, you will not only be responsible for the successful execution of your projects but also actively support other ongoing projects within our team.A background in software development and experience with Scrum are advantageous. Experience in the medical devices field is beneficial but not mandatory. - Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of software projects, from planning and initiation to execution
- You are involved in requirements specification, conceptual design and technology decisions, implementation, and quality assurance of the product
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Facilitate Scrum meetings and Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Take the chance to directly influence the final product with your knowledge and ideas
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge and skills
- Experience in software project management
- Background in software development is a plus
- Proficiency in using Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good German & English language skills
