1. Brand Activations and Event Management:

• Oversee the planning and execution of brand activation projects, including several forms of brand experiences like live or online events, and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with agencies and vendors to ensure the seamless delivery of creative and operational objectives.
• Coordinate the ideation, planning, and execution of events, activations, and branded environments.
• Collaborate with production teams, vendors, and partners to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences.
• Oversee logistics, budgets, and timelines to ensure flawless execution.
• Identify untapped opportunities in relevant cultural territories to explore innovative ideas that will drive cultural relevance

1. Project Management:

• Take ownership of project planning, tracking, and execution across multiple brand activation initiatives.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, defining milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Develop timelines, budgets, and KPIs for activations, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
• Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external agencies.
• Facilitate clear communication, set expectations, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and sales, to align activation efforts with business objectives.

1. Content Production and Creative Development:

• Support influencer team in the creation of content (videos, articles, social media) that amplifies the brands storytelling through experiences.
• Work closely with influencer team and external partners to deliver high-quality, impactful content and narratives.
• Ensure all produced content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

1. Support for Brand Experience X Creator Initiatives:

• Collaborate with teams leading PR and influencer activities to align brand activations with relevant trends, communities, and conversations.
• Support creator-driven campaigns by facilitating coordination and providing strategic input to enhance audience engagement and alignment with brand goals.

• You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• You hold a university degree in marketing, event management or a similar field of study
• You have a deep understanding of cultural trends, and you are able to authentically connect with diverse communities
• Your strong planning- and prioritizing-skills enable you to maintain your focus under pressure
• You proactively address challenges, and you quickly adapt to evolving needs
• You are a team player, who has strong communication skills and who is motivated to closely collaborate with diverse teams and external partners
• You value meticulously planning and execution to ensure flawless delivery
