Your role:
Join our EMEA Regional Marketing team as a Regional Marketing Manager for the Coatings B2B market segment (all genders). You will drive regional marketing activities and go-to-market strategies, including:
Creating engaging campaigns with physical tools, graphics, layouts, and videos.Organizing customer workshops and fairs in collaboration with the Sales Tam. Analysing customer segmentation for insights into preferences.
Evaluating past campaign performance to enhance ROI. Additionally, you'll provide insights to account managers on market trends and oversee the customer experience across digital and offline platforms. You'll also manage internal and external communication channels to maximize sales opportunities while staying updated on coating industry trends.
Who you are:
- Agile and taking ownership to ensure consistent market positioning across the designated region.
- Understanding of customer pain points and requirements
- Able to work with Graphic Design Software: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or alternatives like Canva for creating and editing visual content.
- Having experience in organisation customer workshops/ local trades
- Experienced in marketing mix management incl. digital marketing
- Listener & effective communicator
- Experienced in cross-functional / cross-border collaboration
