To scale our impact even further, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will play a key role in driving our clients’ success and ensuring they extract maximum value from our solutions.

Tasks

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our clients, helping them succeed with our AI-powered platform. Your work will ensure that customers get the most value from our solution, feel supported every step of the way, and stay with us for the long run.

🔹 Be the trusted advisor: You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success with our platform.

🔹 Create and refine success strategies: You’ll work closely with our team to develop strategies that help our clients thrive while making our Customer Success function even more effective.

🔹 Build and improve processes from the ground up: We’re a growing startup, and you’ll have the opportunity to design, test, and optimize processes that enhance our customer experience.

🔹 Work with a diverse range of clients: From small businesses to large enterprises, our client portfolio spans industries and regions, giving you exposure to different challenges and opportunities.

🔹 Analyze and act on customer insights: By monitoring key metrics, you’ll identify ways to improve customer satisfaction, increase adoption, and reduce churn.

🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally: You’ll work closely with sales, product, and engineering to ensure our clients get the best experience and uncover new growth opportunities.

Requirements

✅ Languages: Fluent German (C1 or native) and strong English skills (B2 or better).

✅ Interest in tech & SaaS: You don’t need prior experience in customer success or SaaS, but a passion for technology and a willingness to learn will help you thrive!
